When AT&T gave away UNIX they did so with the stipulation that anyone could
use it but that no one could call their flavor of UNIX by the name UNIX.
That is why HP calls their flavor of UNIX HP-UX.

When Bill and Dave went to started their company legend has it that they
flipped a coin to see if it would be Hewlett Packard or Packard Hewlett.
Apparently Bill won and the company was named Hewlett Packard or HP. This
twist of fate was very fortunate. If it had worked out that Dave had won the
company would have been nicknamed PH and they the company could never have
gone into the UNIX business.

Pray for Peace,
Yosef
