Well, I don't know exactly what you're looking for, but I've a friend who is lookly for a smoker- friendly, cat-friendly, no-hard-parties or loud-late nights sort of person to share a small house. The rent is $325 month. The house is two story with three rooms and full a bath upstairs; downstairs is a kitchen, 1/2 bath, storage space (laundry hookups) small dining room, and living room. The house has a nice yard, is just off Brainerd Road on South St. Marks and I think it's charming.
