Hi. Problem solved.
I was using DBHTML dowloaded originally from the internet site.
I just tried DBHTML from our LIBRARY.REGO and it works
just fine.

Unreferenced data items are not a problem with TurboImage, but they may be
a
problem with DBHTML.
DBHTML used to be a free utility available from a variety of sources (there
is a copy in Adager's REGO account) that produces HTML documentation
cross-referencing data sets and data items. It may be having trouble
cross-referencing something that is unreferenced. DBHTML is now an
"inexpensive" product from Allegro Consultants
(http://www.allegro.com/products/hp3000/dbhtml.html).
If you're using the free version, you may be out of luck.
