We have a dev 100(line printer)which runs though a dts48.
Whenever we get a paper jam or paper out the console displays:
:7:54/18/ LDEV #100 NOT READY
For about 2 minutes the the spooler stops. If you don't change
the paper in time, you have to start the document all over from
the begining and use...
:spooler 100;start
:spooler 100;suspend
:spooler 100;resume;offset=100
On un-numbered documents it's real hard to find where you left
off, and sometimes I don't have 3 minutes to change the paper,
for instance if i'm in another part of the building...
Is there any way I can "up" the time that it waits before
stopping the spooler in the case of a paper out?
I'd like to set this to about 10 minutes to give me more time
to get things done...
Any help would be much appricated,
Thanks,
Gehan Gehale
