DHCP and bootp.  There's your culprit.

BTW, here is the web site where you can check to find out who makes the
NIC by the first 3 octets of the MAC address.

http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/index.shtml

Enter the first three octets separated by dashes, as in your case
00-20-6F.

This web site is very useful!

Thanks for the help...flowpoint.com took me to my Router/Modem,
which is doing the DHCP for the network. Apparently the culprit.
I commented out the bootps in the INETDCNF.NET.SYS file and
I will restart JINETD tonight and check it out.

The NETXPORT message is still a mystery.
