Thanks for the help...flowpoint.com took me to my Router/Modem,
which is doing the DHCP for the network. Apparently the culprit.
I commented out the bootps in the INETDCNF.NET.SYS file and
I will restart JINETD tonight and check it out.
The NETXPORT message is still a mystery.
