For anyone interested in this issue I figured it out myself.

Item number 2070 of the AIF intrinsic "AIFPROCGET" gives me the rest of the
user caps list given to me by item 2119 of the same AIF intrinsic.

Just have to combine the two to come with the complete user list as given
by the "WHO" intrinsic.
