Are you looking to relieve some stress, relax, or stretch tired
muscles? We have the class for you!
Yoga will begin on June 2 and continue until August 11. Classes will meet
MW of each week at noon in McKenzie Arena room 101 (Dance Studio). This is
a relaxation and stretching yoga. This class is extremely low impact and
designed to reduce stress levels and increase flexibility. It is not
designed for weight loss or gains in muscle strength, although some
increases in muscular endurance can be expected.
The cost for each participant is $50, payable before or on the first day of
class.
The class is sponsored by the EHLS Department and the UTC Work Place
Wellness Program.
