Bill Keener of Sequatchie Cove Farms is starting a (modified) CSA. In
short, members would have 15+ pounds of fresh produce delivered once a
week though October. The cost would be about $1 a pound and would
include some of the produce listed below. Selection would, of course, be
determined by what was harvested. If you are interested or have any
questions, please let me know and I will send you more details. You do
not need to commit to participating for the rest of the year, just month
by month. We only need about 10 people to form a group and have it
delivered to us.

Sequatchie Cove Farms is located in Sequatchie Tn, near Jasper. Their
meat and produce is sold at various locations in town, including
Greenlife and Crabtree Farms, and served at several restaurants like St
John's, 212 Market, and Southside Grill. No pesticides or hormones are
used in the production of the food. I have been buying from him for
years and I know of several others in the campus community who have as
well. I have been very pleased with the quality of everything I have
gotten and look forward to participating in this CSA. (Note: I have no
financial interest in this! I am just spreading the word.)
