Hi -L Gang,

We have been experiencing a problem on a series 979 test system running 7.0
pp2.  A couple weeks back we started getting daily failures during our
predictive run with the job unable to fopen ldev 21.

I have been thru a variety of things including a reboot, a full pwer cycle
of the system, a replacement of the core/io card from a spare 979 system,
but all to no avail.

Below is how I have been testing this process, and the resulting console
message we get.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated !
