I think that the complaint has been the lack of planning post
invasion/occupation. I don't believe anyone now doubts that the neoconservative plans to
invade Iraq were well formulated long before the current administration was
elected or in power.

The question of real interest however is what percentage of the 537-vote
mandate that Bush received in Florida would have voted for him if they had known
this is what they were voting for?
