I have a test system that suffered a power outage.  The UPS monitor
displayed a message indicating that there was an outage.  Unfortunately, the
power was not turn back on in time and the system crashed.  Now I'm trying
to reboot the system and it's not coming back up.  In fact, I can't get any
console response (cntl-a or cntl-b).  Is there something I can do to
unfreeze this system?
