I would think that you can do that using NMMGR 'Maintenance Mode',
see : "Using the Node Management Services (NMS) Utilities"
but I have not tried that myself.

I.e. the COPYCONF command has srcpath, srcfile, destpath, and destfile
among its parameters.

You'll just need to determine the 'path' of your DTC in your source
NMCONFIG file (and in your destination file obviously).
