This problem only happens when the data set name and item name are
identical, thus:

ENTER BASE.GROUP.ACCT NAME: <<entered db name here>>

AFTER DBGET2
DATA SET  NAME=>STREAM-DATE-TIME<
DATA ITEM NAME=>STREAM-DATE-TIME<
COND CODE     =>-0052<
DBGET2=>-0052>STREAM-DATE-TIME>STREAM-DATE-TIME<

Here is the schema portion for this set :

The DBGET mode2 works fine when the names on the set and item are not
identical.
