Hi,
Diesel is used in ALL trucks, and a fair percentage of cars.
Agricultural diesel is dyed red, and is sold without our horrendous rate of
tax. It is illegal to use red diesel in anything but agricultural vehicles.
Normal diesel is priced at approx the same price as our petrol - a relative
bargain (NOT!) at 80 pence per litre , or approx $5.70 per US gallon
HTH
