According to IRS regulations, Friday, April 30, is the last date on which
to submit any claims against your 2003 Flexible Reimbursement Account.  In
order that we may insure your claims are processed in a timely fashion,
please submit any claims on your 2003 Flexible Reimbursement Account to the
Office of Human Resources, Dept. #3603, Room 207 Race Hall, no later than
Tuesday, April 27, 5:00 PM.

It is suggested that claims be submitted as early as possible in the event
the receipt/claim is unacceptable for the IRS.  By submitting in advance,
this will allow time to get a correct receipt/claim submitted before April 27.

Please note, this reminder refers to covered dependent care or medical
expenses incurred in 2003, not 2004.
