We need to know the exact number of secretaries and administrative assistants that will be addending the meeting with IAAP representatives this Friday. It will be held in the Stein Suite of the Probasco Chair Office - 313 Fletcher Hall (not Founders).

So far, I have confirmations from Eva Crockett, Fran Fuller, Bobi Reed, Anne Jay, and Pamela Carlisle.  If you also want to attend, please let me know by 3:00 PM today, since I need to find out for Food Services.  The options are: 11:30 AM-12:00 PM; 12:00-12:30 PM; and 12:30-1:00 PM.  You may bring a brown bag lunch - soft drinks and cookies will be provided. Looking forward to seeing many of you!
