There is a Silver Dodge Dakota Truck, license plate LFE-226, in Lot 11
(lower parking garage under the library) with a flat tire.  It is parked
near the center of the garage.

Thought the owner would want to know before the end of the day.  I'm pretty
sure it is an employee of UTC because the car is parked in the same spot
every day.
