Technical Support Rep

Applicants must have experience with HP3000 systems running MPE/iX at the
system level. Applicant must be familiar with HP3000 MPE command syntax and
job streams, SYSGEN, and SYSDIAG utilities on the HP3000, along with a good
working knowledge of the HP3000 editor.

Experience with UNIX and networking would be a plus, as is previous
experience providing customers/users with telephone support.

Regular 40 hour week with some flexibility regarding hours, as this office
provides support for all U.S. and Canadian time zones. Some limited after
hours and weekend beeper coverage on rotating basis also required.
Virtually no overnight travel is required.
