Looks like you need to do a "Run NBINST.PUB.NETBASE;INFO='INSTALL'".  That
will install the needed SL entries.

I just performed an upgrade to an HP3000/959 from 6.5 power patch 2

to 7.5 power patch 1 and reactive patches.

One software package is failing and I seem to remember "now" that there was
a procedure
that was to happen prior to an upgrade to remove links to the system SL. We
did not do this process and now I get this error message

Does anyone know how to fix this "after the fact" of an O.S. Upgrade?
