Who is hoping Kerry gets elected?
Osama Bin Laden, Yasir Arafat, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong Il
If SaddamHussein were still in power or at least on the run, his name would
be on the list.
Chirac wants Bush out of office.  But he is also still trying to drum up
sympathy for Hussein and is mad about losing those oil deals.

Feel free to add any other socialist or terrorist name.  Or your own if
you'd like.
