Hmmm... we have several problems here.

(1) 192.169.1.2 is a different subnet from 192.168.1.2, assuming that
your subnet (network bits) is a /16 or longer. By default, the 3000
will assign a /24 (network 192.168.1.0 subnet mask 255.255.255.0).

(2) 192.169.1.2 is a public address(!). Private class C network space
consists of 192.168.[0-255].x.

(3) If you want the cards on different subnets, change to another
private subnet, such as 192.168.1.2 for one and 192.168.2.2 for another.

(4) I don't know if the 3000 allows multiple interfaces on the same
subnet, so I'll not go into details there.

(5) Assuming you want two subnets, you do not hook the 10Base-5 between
the two interfaces, nor do you want a hub; instead, you want a router.
If you have no router, you can have the 3000 act as a gateway if you
configure a non-zero number of store-and-forward buffers for each link.

The exact answer depends on what you were trying to accomplish. Load
sharing? One inside private and one outside public interface?
Something else?
