Pigeon is still rat after you have pulled it's wings off, just not as
mobile !!!!! I hate the damned things, they keep nicking all the food off
my bird tables that are meant for 'real birds' & poo absolutely everywhere
- especially on my black beemer the little buggers. Still, pigeon pie is
great.
And yes, we still hang our game until it is 'high'. I always wanted to hang
pheasants, but that was mainly 'cos my neighbour had hundreds of the noisy
blighters.
