Where on earth did you learn THAT ? I can think of dozens of examples where
a person's anonymity is preserved by law, in order to protect that person's
other civil rights while still allowing free speech. The press ring a bell ?
For that matter, I'll bet you even engage in that practice in your
particular line of work from time to time, so it's fairly frightening that
you don't even know something that basic!
At BEST what you did can only be described as childish snitching, but -
importantly - with malicious intent, or you wouldn't have taken pains to
include his address.
You have a particular knack for inventing aphorisms to support your own
thinking. My favorite is this one, though I doubt you intended it as a
boomerang:
"Freedom of speech does not depend on the speech being intelligent."
