Actually this kind of research is quite difficult. The phenomenom is not
immediately
apparent after the first pint...therefore the research must continue. Now,
these are only little bubbles so they are really difficult to focus on
after a while. Typically the project has the be abandoned after about ten
pints (shortly followed by a few more beers for social causes of course,
research is hard work). The research then has to be rescheduled......hard
life, but someone's got to do it !!!
