I'm pretty sure ReturnEqualsEnterInBlockMode is an abbreviation for
ReturnEqualsEnterInBlockAndFormatModeCombined

I was looking for how to set the setting from the host via esc sequence -
most users are better off not knowing where that is - LOTS of things to
screw up in there that hard reset won't restore.
