If you declared your tax cut as income on the following year's federal
income tax return, your attempt at reinventing yourself as a tax
planner/accountant is less than successful.
If you had to do that on a state income tax return, that's not Bush's
fault, blame your state government or move to a state that does not have
an income tax. There are 9 of them. Texas is the most populous among
them.
