Outsource to India, perhaps?

Seems to be the trend.

Take Congress, the White House, and most of the Federal Bureaucracy with
them.

Keep the Smithsonian. I like that.

Subject: [HP3000-L] OT: Building Loan to United Nations

It would seem that the US may be lending the United Nations $1.2 billion
over the next 3 years for the renovation of the building.

The United Nations is UPSET because there is interest involved. The US s is
suppose to be reponsible for 22% of the repayment about.

This is not finalize until Congress has approved.

Given all the issues that NYC has with the illegal parking and such with the
diplomates, it might seem better to put a new building somewhere else. Also
seems that new vs renovate would also be cheaper.
