Is there any way that this can be determined by 5:15 am and announced then?
There can be over two hundred faculty, staff and students who are on campus
with
some form of activity by 6 am. That means that they need to leave as early as
5:30 am from home. If all of the public school systems in the area can make
a decision by 5 am, why cannot UTC do the same?
