As far as I recall, the relinking of runcbl is no longer required
in reasonably recent versions of AcuCOBOL. You just need to explicitly
load the library in your code to make the symbols accessible to the
runtime. I seem to recall having some small source example somewhere,
based on a tech note from the AcuCorp support web site. It's something
like doing a call on the .sl file or somesuch, probably also with some
additional env variable setting.

I might try to dig it up, if it is still of interest to anyone.
