You don't think that, had there been a more thoroughgoing response to the
Al-Qaeda attack on the U.S. Cole, the attack on the Twin Towers might not
have happened? I know that Nova is a PBS and therefore US program, but Nova
had a program on "The Man Who Knew Too Much", and intelligence operative who
had concluded that Al-Qaeda was planning such an attack on the Twin Towers.
