It must have been Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Late yesterday afternoon it was -37 C (-40 is where F and C are equal)
with the wind-chill factor. Last night it was going down to -50 C with
the wind-chill factored in.
I tell you, at this temperature you wear two coats at the same time.
