I'm one the phone with hp and they gave me a two day code.  

I just found out my firmware code is 3524 on the
FWSCSI card linked to my Model 10.

However the FWSCSI card I'm using for one of my
DLTs is 3944.  Tomorrow I should be able to swap
them out also when I swap the Model 10 for the 20.

Also from what I hear, the DLT doesn't care what the
firmware revision is so the swap should be O.K.
