The only reason I wrote my own security system was out of necessity. I
refused to pay Vesoft (or anyone else for that matter) the inflated amounts
of money they were asking for the software.

When I finally developed it, I had an epiphany. How simple it was to put
together and how at run time it does exactly the same thing as
Vesoft's "Security/3000".

I offered it to the listers here as I know there have been many shops I've
worked in that don't have any Vesoft products on their box, even MPEX.

Thanks to all the pyschotic listers who sent me hate mail. I laugh at you
all. You're all a bunch of pathetic, bloated, fat mouthed, self righteous
jackasses getting paid for nothing. I respect none of you especially
jokers by the name of Tracy "vaporware" Pierce, Chuck Ciesinski and Shawn
Gordon. If listers aren't interested in anything I have to offer they
shouldn't reply.

Unfortunately, my innocent listing invoked a stream of hate mail,
especially from these fat mouthed jokers with nothing better to do with
their company's time but waste it reading (and replying) to these postings.

Easy to see how IT "professionals" have been getting overpaid for years,
especially IT managers/directors.

All emails sent to me from HP3000-L are immediately deleted (unless you are
someone I already know and have established a good rapport with) so don't
even bother writing to me.
