Which translates roughly into "congratulations on your wealth!"

The State of Tennessee, after years of wasting tax-payers' money of
its residents by legislating against the Lottery, finally yielded to
the inevitable.  Lottery tickies were on sale at 12:01 am yesterday.


One way to "Fa Cai" is is to buy a winning lorrery ticket!
