Then since Fred claims he belongs to neither party, how can
he be qualified to simply dismiss "partisan" opinion of either?
It would have sounded more honest if Fred had simply said he
didn't care for this opinion of either party. Instead he calls
it ridiculous, as is if he'd have been appointed to a high
judgeship of political thought.
