Richard Baker pontificates in part: " ... Again trying somehow to
relate terrorism and Bin Laden with the illegal war in Iraq. That is
plainly wrong, no matter how desperately certain people want to relate
the two issues."

"Illegal war", with 17 UN resolutions? Just because France, Germany and
Russia did not want to depose their ally Saddam Hussein, does not make
the liberation of Iraq an "illegal war." Notice how quickly these
countries are kissing up to the coalition of the willing now that we
have captured Saddam.

You should try to keep up with current events; a lot more information
has been surfacing about how closely allied Saddam and Osama were. None
other than Abu Nidal, the Palestinian terrorist, trained the 9/11
terrorists at Salman Pak. south of Baghdad. He committed suicide by
shooting himself 4 times in the head just before the liberation of Iraq
began as was reported by the Arab Socialist Ba'ath party. Also notice
how the suicide bombers in Israel have been "quiet" now that Saddam
doesn't give them money to blow up women and children.

No matter how much you try to deny the links between terror
organizations and regimes that support and train them, it will simply
not change the facts.

You can play ostrich all you want, you will only get sand in your ears
and present a new face for all to see.

Hey, it's Friday.
