I've had a couple of phone calls  today from students that have not received
tuition bills (or have lost it) and cannot pay their fees online as they do
not know how much they owe.  They have attempted to call the Bursar's office
and have not been able to get through.  I suspect other students with
similar situations are a large portion of the calls tying up the phone
lines.

Is there a way to devise online access for students to view their accounts
so that the already busy people at the Bursar's office may have less of a
bottleneck to deal with?  Perhaps through OneNet, similarly to how grades
are now posted?  Or does this already exist and I have just missed this
particular stop on the UTC E-train?
