Maybe this will help Dell with their awful customer service I've experienced
in the last several days.  Placed on online order for a notebook computer.
Then, spent the next four days trying to get the simple ship-to address
changed.  Each csr told me it was or was being changed.  I didn't see it
change on the website however.  Sure enough, just today, UPS tracking
reported "correct street # needed, not delivered."  I called UPS and sure
enough, the original address was never touched.  Why are they even employing
these people?
