Erik Vistica states:

" Do you ever drive over the speed limit? Do you ever not wear your
seatbelt? Better throw out the whole vehicle code and start running red
lights and driving the wrong way on the highway at will."

What are speed limits? Every driven in California or Arizona? Yea
there's a sign on the road that suggests a safe speed for traveling, but
if you use that suggestion you may cause an accident.

As for running red lights, happens all the time where I now live and it
scares me. It's blatant disregard for safety. It has made me a better
defensive driver.
