My operations users hooked up an HP 2563 C printer to a DTC
about 9 years ago. It has been chugging away with no problems.

However yesterday they received an error on it, Error Code 16,
I/O runtime failed. I don't have this printer on support. DOes
anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be and how to
resolve? Any suggestions appreciated. (System is an HP e3k,
939ks and printer is hooked up to a DTC 16MX at a remote site)

Also, anyone know where I can get a manual for this baby?
