Is it just me, or is there something delightfully Dilbertesque about this
expression? As if it were a new and not so useful euphemism for
"downsizing", for firing people to improve the bottom line this quarter.
I don't mean to pick on Jeff, and I mean no disrespect. I know he's just
reporting the news, and it is in fact serious news about building upgrades,
not corporate doubletalk. I don't mean to make fun at his expense. But the
phrase itself is delicious, and ripe for abuse. I hope that others will rise
to the challenge. I'm Ccing Scott Adams on this one.

this space still for rent,
and my sense of humor may be one reason why it was to begin with.
