NO.  I didn't say that second world and communism mean the same thing.
China, North Korea and though not mentioned Vietnam and Cuba have never
been considered second world countries.  The Soviet Bloc countries
though woefully deficient compared to first world neighbors (Western
Europe), were light years ahead of the Asian communist countries.

I consider them to be the same, with cosmetic differences only.

I consider the asian communist countries to actually be better in
some respects than the USSR bloc.
