I mentioned that I couldn't remember the sample web page that Frank had put
up showing his converted VIEW screens into QCForms. I've now got it. It's at:

     http://invent3k.external.hp.com/~MGR.SMITH/

Basically, all QCTerm/QCForms requires of the host to run these converted
forms is that the host have telnet capabilities.
