I have no problem doing this on my MPE 6.0 system using VB 6.0 and the
wininet.dll routines.

1.  To test the ftp server, from a cmd prompt in WinNT I use "quote
site stream jobname".

2.  To actually run the stream command with the FTPCommand routine, I
use "site stream jobname".  I get a FALSE returned with no good error
information in err, but the command DOES work.
