I found a couple of things interesting:

Why snuggle with Sybase if you have your own DB?  Where's the faith in MySQL
managing SAPDB?

The separation aspect from both Microsoft and Oracle.  Both of these
companies have competing applications.  Are they losing business in deals
with these two?
