Let's see...

on the nightly news, you have the news reported for 30 minutes, largely
without opinions, in my experience.

on FixNews, you have news delivered in short snippets all day, intertwined
with so-called "debate" programs (most of which are terribly uncivil),
which you really cannot avoid if you want to hear the news.  So while they
purport to be a "news" channel, they really aren't.
