I have a spoolmate question for anyone that might know the answer---

We're getting the following error messages continually in the $stdlist for
our spoolmate listener job.

 19:02/Product Error 6214; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6215; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6216; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6217; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6216; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6217; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6216; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:02/Product Error 6217; GENMESSAGE Error 3
 19:03/Product Error 6214; GENMESSAGE Error 3

Not sure what these refer to, does anyone know?
