I got it. The cable is not a crossover. It is a straight through. You only need pins 2, 3 and 7. Then change type of EM100 and you are set.

The cable needs to be the cable that comes with the Model 20.
Part no. 5061-5003
If anyone has put that cable on a breakout box, and done the pin outs, please
share it with the list.
