The toilet runs on an operating system called FLUSH/OS.   Mixing user input
and input from utilities, its entire function is to ensure proper output.
Other functions include seat warmer & automatic seat placement, to avoid
user conflict between male and female registered users). Backups are an
error condition in FLUSH/OS.

This is a huge contrast to the pictures from my friend's apartment in Tokyo
that has an electric toilet.  I still don't know what all those buttons are
for.
